Electro-Pop David artist David Von Sell, known around the music scene as just Von Sell, recently released the first single of his upcoming album debut still to be announced sometime in 2015. Sounding like a more electronically based Phoenix, “Ivan” has both a dance floor and lounge table atmosphere vibe going to it. Double vocal layering can be so hit or miss when it comes to over-producing and cluttering but David masters the harmonious recording technique wonderfully as it really helps bring the song to life rather than seem like an ill-faded effect to make up for lack of song character.
