VINYETTE PUTS ON A DYNAMIC SET AT ARLENE’S GROCERY

Vinyette is this “indie alt grunge” band from NYC with a really lusty and rugged thrill to their songs that show variety and versatility. They are a ball of fire band with such a dynamic sound, that you will love to love. Personally, I was instantly hooked because of their high energy and animated set. The hook-heavy strings, distinct drum arrangement and confidence that singer, Nathan Frye, oozes gave off some serious “britpop” vibes. Did I mention they recorded in the infamous Magic Shop, where The Foo Fighters recorded their New York City episode of HBO’s Sonic Highways? These guys know what they’re doing and if you don’t believe me, find out for yourself by checking out one of their newest songs, “Just to Get Away.” It’s pretty rad!
