Given the state of affairs in the world right now, we sure could use some peppy music to brighten things up, so we are grateful today to premiere the new video today from Moonray called “Cotton Candy Disco Pie.” The Austin, TX synth-pop duo, who happen to be married, released their debut EP Honeymoon recently and is full of genre-bending and danceable tunes. “Cotton Candy Disco Pie” is a breezy, synth and bass filled ride that carries a pop vibe, but also has a strong indie-rock presence with memorable choruses and screaming guitars.
